Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a highly motivated Third Party Risk Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the collection of third party vendor information from various systems of record and databases
- Facilitate the collection of required artifacts and supporting documents on a regular cadence from various data sources and input them into the Third Party Risk Management system
- Scheduling and deployment of performance surveys within the vendor ongoing monitoring system
- Scheduling and deployment of vendor Due Diligence Questionnaires within the Third Party Risk Management system
- Follow up with business owners on the completion of outstanding Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Closing Due Diligence tickets in Third Party Risk Management system
- Manage multiple projects at one time: meeting deadlines and expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Systems
- Experience in Audit, Banking, Fintech, Financial Services or other regulated industries is highly desirable
- Experience with vendor management and/or procurement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time; meeting deadlines and expectations
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel
- Must have a high proficiency working with Apple products for business
