We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator on a contract basis to support the continuous improvement and enhancement of the GTM technology ecosystem. This role collaborates with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable processes, improve user experiences, and maintain best practices across CRM and GTM tools.
This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to understand user process flows and business priorities, designing scalable solutions.
- CRM Management: Audit and manage Salesforce basics, including security models, sandbox environments, workflow automation, reports, dashboards, and page layouts, with a focus on reducing tech debt.
- CSP Management: Configure and maintain Gainsight and its integration with Salesforce, along with related data infrastructure.
- Provisioning & Support: Oversee user provisioning of the GTM tech stack, support configurations, resolve technical issues, and respond to user inquiries.
- System Development: Support project scoping, requirements gathering, design, and testing of technical solutions.
- Data Integrity: Monitor standards for data maintenance, manage duplicate rules, and oversee de-duplication processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation to support user stories, deployments, and technical changes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration experience
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Admin certification (Advanced Admin and Developer certifications a plus)
- Experience configuring and managing Gainsight (CSP) and its Salesforce integration
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps/release management practices
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams or consultants
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred:
- Additional admin experience with tools such as JIRA, Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Chili Piper, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience supporting large cross-functional organizations with multiple integrated GTM tools
