Job Title: Training Content Production Expert

Location: Remote

Hourly Rate: $25-40

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Training Content Production Expert to design, produce, and deliver engaging training materials and tutorials in the form of videos, and other multimedia resources. This role will be instrumental in transforming product and industry concepts into clear, accessible, and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and produce high-quality videos in Synthesia for tutorials, trainings and other e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging content.
  • Develop clear storyboards and visual concepts to support instructional goals.
  • Edit and enhance audio, video, and graphics for professional polish.
  • Ensure all training content is aligned with brand guidelines and instructional best practices.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training content and continuously improve based on learner feedback and analytics.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in instructional design and content production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience producing training videos, tutorials, or e-learning content.
  • Strong skills in video editing and production software (e.g., Synthesia, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Synthesia, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in developing training content in certain domain areas. E.g. UDI, GDSN, PIM/MDM for Life Science and Healthcare.
  • Experience with voice-over or AI-powered avatar training tools.
  • Graphic design and animation experience (After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
