We are seeking a Transaction Services Analyst/Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end creation of purchase orders for the Marketing team
- Ensure all purchase order requests are processed accurately and in compliance with SAP purchasing policies and internal guidelines
- Act as a key operational support partner, providing guidance and support on procurement processes
- Review and validate incoming requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
- Monitor and manage request workflows, ensuring timely routing, prioritization, and resolution
- Support team members through purchase order enablement, training, and knowledge sharing
- Conduct initial case reviews and provide recommendations to improve process efficiency and compliance
- Maintain high service standards by delivering clear, timely, and effective support to internal stakeholders
- Utilize SAP systems and tools (Ariba, ISP, CRM, reporting platforms) to manage procurement activities
- Track and report on purchase order activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational processes
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong experience with SAP purchasing processes and procurement operations
- Proficiency in SAP tools such as Ariba, ISP, CRM, and reporting platforms
- Solid understanding of procurement workflows, policies, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and process discipline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver clear and efficient support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing or strategy & operations teams
- Experience in purchase order governance, audit readiness, or compliance support
- Experience in training or enabling teams on procurement processes
