Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a Travel Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in Peachtree Corners, GA (minimum 3 Days onsite per week).
Responsibilities:
- Review travel requests and approvals for compliance with company travel policies.
- Evaluate and process travel exceptions, ensuring consistent policy application and appropriate documentation.
- Support and manage travel approval workflows within Concur.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for traveler inquiries related to travel bookings, approvals, and policy requirements.
- Assist travelers in identifying compliant and cost-effective travel options.
- Monitor travel requests to ensure timely review, approval, and resolution.
- Communicate travel policy requirements clearly and professionally to employees and managers.
- Escalate unusual or high-risk travel situations as appropriate.
- Partner with the travel management company and internal stakeholders to resolve travel-related issues.
- Maintain accurate travel records and supporting documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within travel processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of corporate travel coordination, travel operations, travel management company (TMC), or travel agency experience.
- Experience supporting domestic and international business travel.
- Experience applying and enforcing corporate travel policies.
- Hands-on experience with Concur Travel and travel approval workflows.
- Strong understanding of airline routing, fare structures, hotel markets, and travel booking practices.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when evaluating travel requests and exceptions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate travel operations experience.
- Experience supporting a global travel program.
- Experience managing travel exceptions and policy compliance.
- Experience working for a travel management company, corporate travel department, or travel agency.
- Familiarity with travel and expense programs and travel card processes.
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and traveler support practices.
