We are seeking a UI/UX Designer on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Seattle, WA.
The primary responsibility of a designer is to generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on established design principles and concepts. A successful designer must demonstrate a high degree of creativity and possess the ability to effectively communicate their ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Essential qualifications include flexibility in accommodating client requirements, the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, and adeptness at multitasking.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication challenges.
- Formulate the overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they pertain to graphic design.
- Prepare preliminary sketches or layouts for client presentations.
- Generate charts and graphs utilizing provided data.
- Product testing and participation in design evaluation meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in design and/or a certificate in graphic design is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in design or a related field is highly desirable.
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated creativity, effective verbal and written communication skills, and robust problem-solving ability.
- Fundamental proficiency in utilizing various forms of media, including print, electronic, and film.
- Basic capacity for 2D and 3D visualization and comprehension of the aesthetic aspects of design.
- Prior experience in utilizing computer software for layout creation and image generation.
- Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software is required.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Ability to generate original concepts and solve design challenges.
- Proficiency in Adobe Software: Skilled in Adobe publishing and graphics tools.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Advanced education in design or a related field.
- 2D/3D Visualization: Ability to visualize and work with both 2D and 3D design elements.
- Multi-Media Experience: Familiarity with print, electronic, and film media.
