We are a modern-day boutique luxury travel agency providing white glove service to discerning clients nationwide. Thanks to our personal travel experience visiting over 70 countries and our preferred partnerships with brands like Virtuoso, Four Seasons, and more, our clients turn to us for fully customized, ultra-luxury experiences they can’t find on the internet. We specialize in round-the-world trips starting at $100,000 per person. Our aim is to build long-standing relationships with our clients to manage their travel for years to come, so whether it's a bucket list safari in Botswana, a family reunion in St. Barth's, private after-hours access at the Vatican, or even just a quick Napa getaway, we bring it all to life.
Responsibilities
If you are a natural born "connector" who's involved in your community and beyond, this could be the perfect part-time job for you. This is purely a business development and sales role. No travel planning or booking is required.
The main goal of this position is to provide warm, qualified leads for individuals and families looking to book leisure luxury travel valued at least $25,000 per person per trip, and/or companies who book corporate off-sites, retreats, and incentive trips.
- Provide a consistent stream of warm leads that convert to place a deposit on a trip.
- Schedule events with organizations such as: mother's clubs, golf clubs, YPO, and other luxury affinity organizations.
- Build a network of Executive Assistants, CEOs, event planners, or others responsible for booking incentive trips and corporate retreats.
- Provide owner with weekly updates on what's working well, what challenges exist, and proposed plan to address them.
- Conduct outbound communication to prospective clients.
- Qualify and proactively follow-up with prospective clients to ensure they progress through sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to use relationship-based skills to close sales with high net worth individuals
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
- Active listener and ability to develop strong relationships with prospective clients
About You
- You have a very strong existing network of high net worth individuals and families
- You're not afraid to cold call
- You're politely persistent and relentless to open doors and close sales
- Ideally have some background or interest in luxury travel, but we can bring you up to speed.
This is a fully remote position with a fully flexible schedule and total autonomy. You can be based anywhere in the United States, however note that our target client tends to be based in areas like LA, SF, NYC, and South Florida. Compensation
Hourly + the possibility of commission, to be discussed.
