UX Researcher (100% Remote)

We are seeking a UX Researcher on a contract basis to support Growth product teams in delivering user-centered solutions. This role is 100% remote - West Coast working hours preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize user research needs
• Design and execute qualitative user research studies, including interviews, usability testing, concept evaluations, and focus groups
• Analyze research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights
• Present research insights to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner
• Maintain research documentation in accordance with UX research reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards throughout research activities
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX research

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience conducting end-to-end UX research in technology-driven environments
• Strong proficiency in qualitative research methods, including usability testing, concept evaluations, and in-depth interviews
• Ability to design studies that evaluate both user behavior and attitudes or perceptions
• Strong collaboration skills working with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred:

• Project management experience
• Familiarity with UX research reporting standards and documentation practices
• Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements
• Awareness of UX research industry trends and best practices
