We are seeking a UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will support the Enterprise Products research team during a planned leave coverage period. This role will primarily focus on conducting qualitative research for internal financial tools, including planning, budgeting, and procurement workflows, with flexibility to support additional enterprise product areas based on business priorities.
The ideal candidate is a self-directed researcher who can quickly ramp up in unfamiliar product domains, independently manage multiple stakeholder relationships, and effectively integrate AI tools into research workflows for analysis and synthesis.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct qualitative research studies, including interviews, usability testing, and concept testing for enterprise financial and operational tools
- Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders
- Manage research priorities across multiple product areas with minimal oversight
- Utilize AI-assisted tools as part of a modern research workflow for analysis, synthesis, and research operations
- Support research across complex enterprise and B2B product environments
- Translate complex workflow research into clear product insights and strategic recommendations
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of UX research experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting qualitative research within enterprise or B2B products
- Experience researching complex workflows such as budgeting, forecasting, spend management, procurement, finance, or supply chain systems
- Strong knowledge of AI-native research workflows
- Proficiency with AI-assisted research tools such as Claude, NotebookLM, and other large language model-based analysis tools
- Experience designing and executing qualitative studies, including interviews and usability testing
- Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly across unfamiliar product domains
- Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills
- Flexible mindset with the ability to pivot in evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within enterprise business systems landscapes
- Experience supporting financial planning, procurement, or supply chain platforms
- Experience operating in AI-driven or highly innovative product environments
