Job description

We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, analyze, and report on large-scale tracking surveys
  • Lead end-to-end survey research efforts, including survey design, item development, and data analysis
  • Generate actionable insights to inform ongoing and future research initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize multiple research projects in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Apply quantitative methods to support user experience research and decision-making
  • Conduct hands-on primary research and contribute to methodological rigor across studies


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant user experience research experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or PhD with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience research
  • Proficiency in coding with R, particularly using the Tidyverse package
  • Experience designing surveys and developing survey items
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
  • Demonstrated experience conducting hands-on, primary research
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with Python coding preferred
