Job Description:
The mission of the Marketing Insights team is to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of our users and customers to maximize the value the organization can deliver across our platforms and services. Our customer's researchers go beyond answering briefs — they are partners who help identify opportunities and actualize marketing strategies that connect people to meaningful experiences.

Comfort with ambiguity and strong project ownership are essential.
Must Have Qualifications
- Experience with questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance.
- Proficiency with traditional quantitative analysis and tooling (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, SQL) and survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
- Experience managing external research vendors. Experience with AI tools, willingness to learn
- Bachelors Degree required, Masters or PhD preferred
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience harmonizing or consolidating multiple tracking instruments into a single framework
- Familiarity with brand health measurement, brand preference research, and brand lift methodology. Experience with global or multi-market tracking programs
