The Mom Project is excited to partner with Sensiba in their search for a VC Audit Manager (100% Remote).

What You'll Do:
- Manage and Lead a team working on client assignments and projects simultaneously
- Teacher/mentor to staff members – help them develop strategic goals in line with department goals and manage/monitor workload
- Contribute to the conception and execution of firm initiatives
- Contribute to business development efforts, assisting with proposals and building a network
- Responsible for ensuring that clients understand the complete scope of their accounting, tax, and business issues
- Anticipate issues, plan for their resolution and ensure appropriate and timely execution of the engagement plan
- Create technical memos and develop/lead training on specialized technical issues
- Manage engagement budgets, communicate change orders
- Identify client needs and opportunities to better serve our clients
- Develop more efficient job processes and expanded services utilizing the talents of other Company specialists, technology, and automated processes.
Must-Haves:
- BS in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in public accounting or fund administration
- CPA license or equivalent experience
- Solid research capabilities to understand advanced accounting issues
- Strong analytical aptitude and application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Accounting software (They use CCH products; Pro systems, and FX Engagement) is desired
- Experience working closely and directly with clients
- Proven success in supervising multiple client assignments simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to coach and develop other professional staff
- ?Venture Capital and/or Private Equity, Hedge Fund experience

This is the typical range of pay for the position; however, actual pay may vary based on experience, skillset, and location. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation Range: $130,000 - $160,000
