We are seeking a Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
The Program Manager will support key relationships with leading brands in the outdoor industry while managing end-to-end execution of paid marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on social selling and cross-divisional collaboration. This role is ideal for a strategic, service-oriented, and highly organized professional with experience in program management, vendor partnerships, and marketing campaign execution. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and creative and marketing stakeholders to ensure programs deliver on objectives, stay within budget, and align with organizational values and mission.
Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Intake partner campaign opportunities from the merchant team and onboard vendors into the campaign intake process.
- Manage paid vendor campaigns, program briefs, and individual partner objectives.
- Collaborate with the paid marketing team to design and execute marketing plans that align with vendor goals.
- Partner with cross-divisional teams to establish and articulate value across each partner program.
- Lead recurring touchpoints and agendas with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
- Manage campaign reporting, including individual campaign results, overall program recaps, and performance analytics.
- Work with internal teams and accounting to oversee invoicing and payment workflows for all vendor campaigns.
- Monitor industry best practices, emerging trends, and new marketing capabilities to identify opportunities for program enhancement and optimization.
Vendor Partnership Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners throughout all vendor marketing campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to design paid marketing tactics and determine desired outcomes.
- Ensure vendor campaigns are delivered on strategy, on schedule, and within budget.
- Produce insights-driven reporting tied to program objectives and KPIs.
- Continuously assess partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for program growth, upsells, or renewals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, account management, client management, business development, or a related field.
- Retail media network experience
- Media planning experience
- Vendor management experience
- Experience developing annual partnership or marketing plans.
- Proven background in managing marketing relationships and executing integrated marketing programs.
- Strong experience in marketing plan development, strategic thinking, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated program management skills with the ability to solve issues and pursue program opportunities.
- Experience working with creative teams, including design and copywriting partners.
- Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, plan deliverables, and produce high-quality work.
- Ability to manage budgets and develop program plans that meet or exceed goals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and bring strategic initiatives to life.
- Retail industry experience strongly preferred.
