We are seeking a talented Videographer to join our team and play a crucial role in our paid performance marketing efforts.

As a Videographer focusing on paid performance marketing, you will be responsible for creating high-converting video assets that drive our paid advertising campaigns. Your work will directly impact our customer acquisition and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong portfolio of video ads, proficient in using the latest video production and editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and high-quality video ads, from concept development and scripting to shooting and post-production.
  • Collaborate closely with the paid media team to understand campaign objectives and create video content that maximizes conversion rates and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in video production and advertising best practices to produce innovative and effective video ads.
  • Work with copywriters to integrate compelling and persuasive messaging into video content.
  • Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas for performance-driven marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Videographer, particularly in digital marketing and paid performance advertising.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating video ads for paid campaigns.
  • Proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, video production techniques, and user experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
