Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Remote Biller/Office Manager with more than 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, anticipate the needs of the practice, work independently, and exhibit excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of billing processes, including but not limited to invoicing, payment processing, and insurance claims submissions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing records, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Anticipate administrative needs of the practice and proactively address them to support smooth operations.
Independently manage phone and email communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate scheduling for therapy sessions, appointments, and meetings, optimizing efficiency and maximizing client satisfaction.
Create and maintain various documents and records, such as client intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes, with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate effectively with therapists, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources.
Utilize software tools and technology platforms for document management, scheduling, and communication, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in office management, billing, or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting.
Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions autonomously.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
