Job Title: Part-Time Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Must be available during CST business hours)
Hours: Part-time, 3–4 hours per day (2 hours before lunch, 2 after)
Pay: $18–21/hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Walker Glantz, a dynamic and growing CPA firm, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our two partners. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone who excels at managing a busy inbox and scheduling across complex calendars.
You’ll play a key role in keeping communication flowing and the day running smoothly. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling priorities, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize a high-volume inbox, flagging priority messages
- Coordinate meetings and manage a dynamic calendar with multiple scheduling constraints
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts
- Anticipate needs and help streamline day-to-day workflows
- Utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.) efficiently and confidently
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in professional services (accounting, legal, consulting) is a plus
Additional Details:
- Remote position; no travel required
- Must be available during Eastern or Central time zones
- Hourly pay: $18–21, depending on experience
