The Mom Project is excited to partner with an independent consulting studio based in Brooklyn helping climate companies grow. My clients produce products, technology and services built with the environment in mind. While the focus is growth marketing, we are a climate company at its core.

We’re queer-led, devoted fully to reframing the growth mindset from one with limitless potential to one with responsible restraint. Regenerative at heart and looking to bring on like-minded people who love our planet.

We are looking for a part-time, fully remote executive assistant to help optimize the founder’s time, schedule and internal operating procedures.

• Delegation. Ensuring the founder’s work is delegated when possible, either to you or someone else. If the founder doesn’t need to do it on their own, you’ll work together to find a solution.
• Time management. Managing the founder’s schedule, communications and email. You’ll jump in the mix and help by organizing, scheduling, responding, coordinating and streamlining the founder’s day.
• Project management. Keeping internal projects on track through efficient time management and clear communication.
• Problem solving. Solving problems in real time by taking proactive ownership over your roles and responsibilities.

• Provide administrative support
• Manage calendars and organize meetings
• Take notes and proofread texts
• Prepare briefings before meetings and events
• Liaise with clients, onboard partners, create reports, organize online files, etc

• Insanely organized; an excellent juggler
• Fabulously articulate
• Fast! And tech-savvy. You must love using the best tools, including Notion and Google Office
• A passion for climate action, or a desire to learn

• You need structure and can only operate within your area of expertise. We are a small team of one full-time founder and several contractors.
• You prefer a slower pace. While the problem we’re facing will take years to solve, it’s also critical that we make meaningful progress on it today.

Part-Time. $20 / hour and 5-hour minimum / week.
