Job description

Core Responsibilities

  1. Meeting coordination
    1. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for committee meetings, workgroups, task forces, and educational planning meetings.
    2. Prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with staff and volunteer leaders.
    3. Distribute meeting invitations, reminders, and supporting materials.
    4. Attend meetings and record minutes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
    5. Maintain committee rosters, contact lists, and attendance records.
    6. Coordinate virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and troubleshoot basic participant issues.
  2. Education program support
    1. Coordinate speaker communications, scheduling, and collection of required documentation.
    2. Coordinate educational materials, handouts
  3. Communications/marketing execution.
    1. Maintain communication calendars and campaign schedules.
    2. Coordinate marketing assets including graphics, copy, and promotional materials.
    3. Track communication performance metrics and engagement data.
    4. Support sponsor and partner recognition communications.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice 365
  • Experience and demonstrated comfort using AI Platforms and Project Management Tools
  • Knowledge of associations/non-profits a benefit
