The Role

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. You'll be responsible for attracting new members to our practice and educating potential clients about the benefits of our concierge functional medicine approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet membership targets (we already have some of this in the pipelines)
2. Conduct consultations with potential clients, explaining our services and membership options
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective members
4. Collaborate with our medical team to understand and effectively communicate our unique approach to healthcare
5. Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance

Qualifications

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare or luxury services
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong understanding of or willingness to learn about functional medicine and concierge healthcare
4. Ability to explain complex medical concepts in accessible terms
5. Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
