Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Virtual Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper at tapouts, you will take full responsibility for managing the company’s financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our mission to improve children's mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the company’s financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, general ledger, and daily financial entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with external accountants and auditors during annual audits.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Passion for our mission of improving children's mental health.
