Job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
Prepare and maintain digital files and records.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and external partners.
Provide information about The Arc’s services and programs.
Facilitate virtual onboarding processes for new clients or members.
Input and update client information in databases.
Generate reports and summaries as needed.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in planning and organizing virtual events, workshops, and webinars.
Coordinate logistics, such as sending invitations and managing RSVPs.
Provide technical support during virtual events.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to virtual communication tools.
Guide clients and staff in using virtual platforms effectively.
