Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services mutual organization based in Milwaukee. The financial security company provides consultation on wealth and asset income protection, education planning, retirement planning, investment advisory services, financial planning trust and private client services, estate planning and business planning. Its products include life insurance, permanent life insurance, disability income, and long-term care insurance; annuities; investments; and investment advisory products and services.


Our Customer is looking for a VNDLY Systems Specialist on a contract basis to provide support for their Vendor Management System. This role is on-site in Milwaukee, WI- 3x/week onsite


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and solve for tickets related to business processes in VNDLY
  • Maintain the structure of VNDLY
  • Perform data analysis to understand changes needed to update the system
  • Research and resolve complex issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain current documentation, identify and develop process improvements, and take ownership of workflows and procedures.
  • Problem-solve system issues in VNDLY around onboarding processes, contractor maintenance, and offboarding
