About the Role:

We’re searching for a sharp, energetic VP of Talent Success to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you’ll help build and scale the team of recruiters responsible for connecting the TMP talent community with our partners. You’ll obsess about delighting our customers to achieve breakout revenue growth. You’ll create a culture of sales success and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hiring, training, managing, developing and retention of recruiting delivery COE resources responsible for connecting the TMP talent community with employers.
  • Create the appropriate infrastructure to enable recruitment leaders and recruiters to drive effective delivery of talent to clients with varying requirements.
  • Apply deep expertise in creating and managing work distribution methodology to maximize team performance.
  • Drive insightful and proactive capacity planning to ensure your team consistently stays ahead of the needs of the business.
  • Define and implement incentive plans that energize your team and maximize business results.
  • Accurately assess and communicate forecasts.
  • Manage in a highly data-driven manner. Identify, analyze and implement relevant performance based metrics.
  • Partner closely with the TMP product and engineering teams to envision, implement and drive adoption of technical solutions that optimize team effectiveness.
  • Act as a primary stakeholder for talent CRM and ATS tools, defining best practice usage and driving adoption across the team.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on labor, talent and hiring trends across the United States.
  • Define and implement a proactive strategy to cultivate the talent network and optimize results for your team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to inform paid search strategy.
  • Partner closely with Sales on new logo acquisition strategy and customer onboarding.
  • Join sales meetings as needed, and serve as a compelling expert advisor to prospects and customers.
  • Effectively identify the strengths and weaknesses of your team and coach appropriately.
  • Iterate constantly. Actively test new ideas and measure impact; adopt what works and change what does not.
  • Partner closely with the CRO and the broader leadership team on new initiatives, projects and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years recruiting operations/recruiting COE experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition leadership role overseeing a team of 20+ recruiters, ideally in an MSP or contract placement organization.
  • 2+ years experience collaborating with sales teams in a delivery capacity.
  • Outstanding track record of consistently meeting / exceeding talent acquisition quotas as a leader. Proven ability to hire and develop top recruiters and manage pipelines, work distribution, daily/weekly management and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to measurably improve recruiter performance via coaching and management.
  • Demonstrated history of utilizing innovative technology to optimize talent acquisition performance.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience with Bullhorn and Salesforce preferred.
