Responsibilities:

  • Review individual warranty claims with missing or inconsistent information
  • Identify patterns and root causes that lead to unmapped or misattributed claims
  • Enrich claim data by leveraging repair procedures, service bulletins, and part traceability
  • Collaborate with recovery leads and supplier quality engineers to validate findings
  • Document repeatable logic and insights to inform automation and scaling efforts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in warranty, quality, or service operations within the automotive industry
  • Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
  • Familiarity with dealership repair documentation and vehicle diagnostic codes (DTCs)
  • Excellent documentation and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel required; Power BI experience a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work through contract systems, read notes, etc.

Hours and Location:
