Company Overview
Our client is a small, growing digital marketing agency powered by a talented team of local freelancers. We offer services like website design, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to help small businesses in the greater Houston area thrive. They are an authorized Provider of HubSpot Solutions.
Position: Web Designer (Contract, Part-Time)
We’re looking for an entry to intermediate level Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This part-time role offers between 16-24 hours of work per week, with a pay range of $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
The position is fully remote with the option to attend in-person meetings once a week for team members near our office in Pearland, Texas. You’ll collaborate with our team to design and build websites for local clients - built on HubSpot Content Hub. Prior experience with the HubSpot CMS/Content Hub is a plus but not required.
We provide access to online training and certification courses for HubSpot as a personal development opportunity (unpaid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites for local businesses
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement web solutions
- Utilize the HubSpot CMS/Content Hub (training provided if needed)
- Attend (virtually or in-person) weekly meetings and maintain daily availability for remote communication (M-F only)
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of design projects
What You Bring:
- Some experience with web design, front-end development, and graphic design (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (plus, but not required)
- Comfort using ChatGPT or similar tools to enhance creative output
- Strong attention to detail and ability to respond promptly to team communication
- Ability to commit to consistent working hours and attend weekly in-person meetings
