Job description
We’re hiring a hands-on Web Producer to lead web design projects. You’ll be working directly with the founder and serve as the day-to-day client contact. You'll be turning ideas into clear plans, keeping schedules tight, and coordinating design/research to deliver on time. Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependencies in Google Docs/Sheets.
- Run weekly standups; prep agendas, capture decisions, owners, and due dates.
- Serve as day-to-day client contact; lead status calls and send concise recaps within 24 hours.
- Triage scope/questions independently; propose options, impacts, and recommendations.
- Consolidate client feedback (Docs/Figma comments) and translate into clear tasks.
- Coordinate designers and researchers; keep sitemaps, wireframes, and research activities on track.
- Track risks/issues; surface early with mitigation plans and owners.
- Maintain the single source of truth in Google Drive (structure, naming, permissions).
- Light production support as needed: light QA checks, asset wrangling.
Qualifications/Skills
- 3–5 years in web/digital project management or web production within an agency or similar multi-client environment
- Primary client-contact experience: leads status calls, drives agendas, and writes clear follow-ups/recaps
- Builds and maintains project plans/schedules; manages dependencies and keeps timelines real
- Confident triaging scope/questions and proposing options/trade-offs without constant escalation
- Expert meeting facilitation, note-taking, and tasking (decisions, owners, due dates, next steps)
- Translates ambiguous client feedback (Docs/Figma) into actionable tasks and keeps a single source of truth organized
- UX research coordination basics (screeners, recruiting/scheduling, consent, note-taking)
- Strong written and verbal communication; concise, diplomatic, and client-ready
- Excellent self-management across multiple concurrent projects in a part-time context
