Job description

Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.

We are seeking a highly motivated Webinar Program Support on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage webinar project timelines, coordinate deliverables across teams, and ensure all operational tasks are completed on time.
  • Open, track, and QA Jira tickets (Creative, MarOps, Web, Paid, Email).
  • Support Goldcast setup and operational emails.
  • Assist with speaker logistics, including prep syncs, dry runs, and run-of-show support.
  • Handle post-event tasks such as on-demand flips, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain training resources such as guides, checklists, templates, and walkthroughs to support international webinar teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or project coordination (B2B/tech preferred).
  • Experience with Goldcast or similar webinar/event platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Jira or other project management tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Process-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Experience creating training materials and documentation.
  • Openness to adopting AI tools to streamline work and improve efficiency.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
