Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Website Administrator on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.


The Website Administrator is responsible for day-to-day website content updates, ensuring timely publishing, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards. This role involves building and editing web pages, uploading and organizing copy, images, and documents, and troubleshooting formatting or display issues. The administrator partners with stakeholders to provide support, assists with security processes, and handles inquiries quickly and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple updates under tight deadlines are essential.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the look, feel, operation, content, user experience, and functionality of commercial websites.
  • Maintain, create, and publish website content, including updating text, reformatting images, and ensuring hyperlink integrity.
  • Ensure website alignment with standard operating procedures and brand best practices.
  • Partner with other departments to maintain web pages and related materials.
  • Document and update processes and procedures for web publishing.
  • Conduct web research and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Respond to and redirect inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant professional experience publishing web pages and managing digital content assets.
  • Prior experience with enterprise content management systems, Sitecore, and Horizon editor preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in web publishing using enterprise content management platforms in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of internet/web tools, SEO protocols, and UX/design best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to use independent judgment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
