Website Project Manager (100% Remote)

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.

We are seeking a Website Project Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities"

• Monitor digital website intake requests and manage stakeholder submissions
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for website initiatives
• Lead daily or weekly project meetings to review progress and address issues
• Identify bottlenecks and adjust timelines and resources as needed
• Work directly with team members to resolve project challenges
• Present completed website and digital projects to stakeholders as required
• Manage ad hoc digital website projects as workload allows

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and program management skills
• Technical mindset with eagerness to learn new systems and processes
• Familiarity with JIRA and JIRA Align software
• Experience with website or digital project management
• Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Project Management Institute certification or similar credential
