- Implement custom CSS animations and interactive UI elements to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX, CSS, and plugin conflicts efficiently.
- Implement SEO-friendly site structures and performance enhancements, including iminification, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
- Collaboration & Client Support

- Provide technical guidance on best practices for UX, site speed, and performance improvements.
- Perform website audits, make recommendations, and execute improvements based on SEO and Core Web Vitals analysis.
- Perform ongoing site maintenance and monitoring.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in front-end web development, with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Elementor, Cornerstone, or other WordPress page builders.
- Strong understanding of WordPress theme development, custom post types, hooks, at least some light PHP.
- Experience with front-end design is a very big plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, including proper use of headings, schema markup, and site structure.
- Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and custom plugins is a plus.
- Knowledge of Git version control, web performance optimization, and debugging techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
WHY US?
- Work with a creative and experienced team on a variety of exciting projects.
- Opportunities for professional growth in an agency that values innovation and continuous learning.
- A collaborative environment where your ideas make an impact.
- Work on projects that span industries, from eCommerce to SaaS and everything in between.
