Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.


We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote but requires occasional travel to Tampa, FL.


This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday solutions while also leveraging expertise in grants management. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, tailor Workday applications to client needs, analyze data, provide technical support, and conduct end-user training. Additionally, the candidate will bring experience in managing grants processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations.
  • Configure and customize Workday applications to align with client-specific needs.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Workday solutions.
  • Support grants management processes, ensuring compliance with program and funding requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to both Workday systems and grants.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Workday: Intermediate-level expertise with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Workday implementations, configuration, reporting, and support.
  • Grants Management: Intermediate-level experience (3–5 years) working as a Grants Specialist, with a solid understanding of compliance, tracking, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and training delivery.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to travel to Tampa (travel expenses will be reimbursed based on actuals incurred)
