Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.


We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote but will travel to Tampa, FL once a month.



Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and supporting Workday solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations.
  • Configuring and customizing Workday applications to align with client-specific requirements.
  • Conducting data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Workday applications.
  • Leading efforts to rationalize HR, Finance, and Supply Chain reports across the organization.
  • Developin and implementing a comprehensive reporting strategy that aligns with business needs.
  • Utilizing Workday Advanced Reporting and analytics to deliver actionable insights.
  • Creating and optimizing dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Workday Advanced Reporting: Intermediate level with 3–5 years of experience.
  • Workday Reporting/Analytics: Intermediate level with 3–5 years of experience.
  • Ability to travel to Tampa once a month (travel expenses will be reimbursed based on actuals incurred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and training delivery.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to travel to Tampa (travel expenses will be reimbursed based on actuals incurred)
