Workday Business Systems Analyst (100% Remote)

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

We are seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and supporting Workday solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations.
• Configuring and customizing Workday applications to align with client-specific requirements.
• Conducting data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
• Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Workday applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Workday and grants
• Experience in gifts and grants in Healthcare is preferred
