We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Creve Coeur, MO; free parking is available.
Shift: 7:30 am-4 pm, potential for some overtime depending on events
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and the public at the assigned facility
- Act as a brand liaison and provide a welcoming, professional, and hospitable front desk experience
- Greet all guests, visitors, and employees with outstanding professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Respond to inquiries and requests related to the site, local market, amenities, operations, and business processes
- Assist visitors with contacting their host/hostess while following security access procedures and policies
- Issue temporary visitor badges and maintain accurate visitor logs and records
- Support employees with conference room reservations as requested
- Coordinate catering requests and deliveries
- Coordinate breakroom snack replenishment with local vendors as needed
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate contacts as necessary
- Coordinate vendors and building maintenance in partnership with Executive Assistant(s)
- Perform administrative tasks including mailings, packaging, data entry, and receiving/distributing mail, faxes, and emails
- Maintain the front desk and lobby in a neat, organized manner aligned with service expectations and SLAs/KPIs
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance as an on-site safety champion
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service delivery coordination
- Manage work order requests and client interactions and support alignment on KPI performance
- Prepare and present PowerPoint updates during client monthly/quarterly meetings
- Assist with New Hire Orientation by coordinating host notifications and escorting new hires to meeting areas as needed
- Arrange local taxi service and courier pick-ups as requested
- Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business mindset with a professional, outgoing, and guest-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify opportunities to support site needs
- Ability to deliver high-quality service aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proficiency with Google tools, including Google Maps, Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, visitors, and vendor partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to collect data, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as needed
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and overtime needs
