We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Miami, FL.
This role will be responsible for ensuring workplace spaces are well-maintained, welcoming, and set up to support a positive experience for all employees and guests. This role involves managing front-of-house services, coordinating event setups, and providing top-tier customer service across a variety of internal teams.
This role is for a fixed duration of 15 days and is ideal for someone available for short-term, immediate work.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams, external guests, and visitors.
- Manage reception duties and front-of-house operations, directing inquiries as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing physical setups for events and meetings, including room layout, signage, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of room and space bookings; keep event calendars current.
- Support the broader facilities team with daily operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality roles.
- Experience in catering or event coordination is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with others and serving as a positive team representative.
- Proficient in standard office and scheduling software platforms.
