We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador on a contract basis to help support our Customer's ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in NYC.
The Workplace Experience Ambassador ensures that building spaces are properly set up and maintained to create a positive experience for employees, guests, and partners. This role interacts with a variety of teams, delivering excellent customer service and supporting workplace operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external visitors.
- Manage front-of-house services, including reception and concierge support, and appropriately direct incoming queries.
- Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate daily records of space and room bookings, along with up-to-date event calendars.
- Support the facilities team services and contribute to workplace initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5-7 years of experience in reception, concierge, or related customer service fields.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- PC literacy with the ability to manage daily activities across multiple platforms.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and confident, with the ability to act as an ambassador for the team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Preferred:
- Experience in catering, hospitality, or event support.
