We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Woodland Hills, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house services and direct incoming queries appropriately
- Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment
- Maintain and update daily records of room and space bookings, and keep event calendars current
- Coordinate vendor deliveries and manage day-to-day operational needs within the facility
- Support other facilities team services as required
- Promote positive relationships and goodwill between internal departments and building management
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in reception, concierge, mailroom, or facilities coordination preferred
- Mailroom experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Experience in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders as a company representative
- Ability to schedule and coordinate vendor deliveries, including access, elevator usage, and related logistics
- Coordination experience with building management for deliveries, lighting, HVAC, and other facility needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Windows Office applications
- Ability to create and maintain documents in Microsoft Word and Excel as directed
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; able to act as an ambassador for the team
