At tapouts, our mission is to positively impact kids' lives by teaching them essential skills such as confidence, resilience, emotional expression, and social connection. Through our science-backed approach, we aim to foster mental well-being and a growth mindset in young people.
We seek energetic and experienced coaches to lead and facilitate online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a fun, engaging, and supportive virtual environment where kids can learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Leading engaging online group sessions for youth
- Delivering games and activities that foster social, emotional, and educational growth
- Building positive relationships with participants and creating an inclusive space
- Encouraging active participation and facilitating group discussions
- Monitoring and assessing individual and group progress
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
- Coaching certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience working with youth in a group setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suites
This remote, part-time independent contractor position offers you the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. A fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet working space are required.
